Haven't lost one pound since February 25th

I started the "From Couch to 5K" program three weeks ago, so I walk/jog on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays. I do Zumba on Tuesday/Thursdays. Last week I played 70 minutes of tennis on Saturday.
Everyday except one I stayed within my calorie range (between 1260 and 1560). have I lost one pound or even an ounce?
NO!

I must be building up some great muscles (that weigh far more than fat)!

So, I feel fit, but my pants will fit so much better when I can lose these last ten pounds.
I'll just keep working at it and I know one day soon that darn old scale will budge.
I have HIGH hopes.
