Haven't blogged in a few days, been quite busy studying for a test and writing a case study. I've been plugging away however at my two challenges and I've added Coach Nicole's 28 day Bootcamp DVD. On off days, I am going to just fill in with my other DVD's and walk trails in the park. Nutrition is going fairly well, hubby and I ate mexican (steak fajitas, beans and rice for 1) and shared it. Way to much for one but it worked out well for two. I love that he enjoys sharing, we waste so much less food this way and save so many calories. Then we walked to the grocery store probably about a half mile or so, maybe more. We are really trying to move more.

I am trying to come up with a list of rewards for weight loss goals met. It is so much easier to have a goal in sight and knowing that something you really want is waiting for you. Haven't quite got my list going, but haven't had a lot of time to work on it either.

So I need to get off the computer and go exercise, today is Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs, my two challenges and a walk in the park!
