Day 2

After being on and off this website since 2007. Today I learned a valuable thing. My self-perception has been off. I am now fully re-committed to my health. Denial is not gonna win today. Excuses are not gonna win today.

Today is the end of Day 2. I won. 2 days in a row. Healthy eating, more fruits, vegetables, lower calories, higher protein, adequate water, and all tracked. S.M.A.R.T goals are now in place!
