 up load try # 4  OK so before yesterday I never went down a slide with my daughter because I was too afraid that my big butt wouldn't fit. it was to my pleasant surprise that it did indeed fit :)

WOO HOO, I loved when my butt fit down the slide! Now, I fight for the equipment when we play at the park. Ya, I'm cool like that.
I LOVE routine. Hubby having an irregular work schedule has driven me NUTS these past few years.

I'm sorry that it is overwhelming with the new work things. I can't imagine working that much and having to balance everything. Maybe instead of trying to set a routine instead set a goal of something small. Like fitting in 10 minutes at some point in time. The cardio routine that I did today might be something you could do at little points instead of trying to get it in all in a big bit. What you do is 30 seconds of these four things: high knees, jump (feet together) in a clockwise motion hitting four times like you are jumping in different quadrants of a square, butt kicks, jump counter clockwise. That will give you a total of 2 minutes. Then do one minute each of burpees, mountain climbers (plank but you "climb" by bringing your knees up quickly), and jump taps (jump at the wall and tap a spot up high. That would just be 5 minutes. You could do that four times a day and get in 20 minutes of exercise. It was actually pretty hard trying to do it today! Maybe that would be a way of balancing the randomness of your schedule.
