No Longer MIA: Day 22

If you read my blog then you will notice that days 17-21 are missing. Well lets just say that I totally hit rock bottom last week. I PIGged out and ate bags upon bags of chips. I actually think I ate everything that was in site. The only reason why I did not gain more than 2LBS (which, by the way is a lot) was because I did continue with the workouts. Did not give it my all, but something is better then nothing.
Fast forward to today. I'm a lot better. I started walking for 30 minutes during my lunch, I had a session with my P.T. and did a 1HR Zumba Class. The best part was that I gave it about 90% which is way better than the 50% or less I gave it last week. I just hope that I can soon reach the much needed 100%.
I did hit rock bottom, but I'm not allowing it to defeat me. I will continue to overcome the obstacles that (at times I place in front of myself) are placed in front of myself.
