REMINDER: DON'T EVER EAT THIS AGAIN!!!!

I must confess... Yesterday I wanted chips to snack on while I was watching Fullmetal Alchemist. I didn't have any, so I bought some today while I was grocery shopping. After I came home from the store, I ate my normal lunch but also had some chips with it. After about an hour, I went out for my run with Reaper because the weather was beautiful! Guess how I felt, just take a guess.
Very quickly after starting to run I felt like I was going to throw up everything I had just eaten. I could feel the acid creeping up my esophagus. Sorry if that's too graphic for you. And no, I don't have any problems like this normally. There was one other time this had happened while running, and I think I had either eaten chips or crackers... something of the sort before that run as well. Since I felt this way while running, I slowed it down to a walk for the whole way. I ended up walking longer just so I could get a decent burn out of it. I really wanted to run though...
I really hope this time I've learned my lesson with chips. In the past I've written a couple blogs about how badly they made me feel just so I could go back later on and remember that I don't want to eat them because of those feelings. But I don't get on here when I have the urge to eat chips.
So this time I've really gotta beat it into my head.
-CHIPS MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE CRAP WHEN YOUR BODY IS TRYING TO DO SOMETHING HEALTHY.
-CHIPS ARE THE CRAPPIEST FUEL FOR YOUR BODY.
-THEY ONLY TASTE GOOD WHEN YOU'RE EATING THEM, NOT WHEN YOU'RE DONE.
-CHIPS MADE YOU FAT IN THE FIRST PLACE! WHY DO YOU KEEP RUNNING BACK TO THEM?
I can't let myself give in to them anymore. I have to change my mindset and think of them as evil. I've decided to try and make a streak out of it. How long can I go without eating chips at all?
