I really did mean to blog more often than I have been but obviously haven't been..lol

Felt great last week until Friday afternoon when I started coughing bad again and having trouble breathing. :( joy joy Layed around all weekend and wasn't feeling any better by sunday evening so decided that was it. I wasn't feeling any better so time to start being active again! Did 45 minutes of wii just dance today so very pleased. Was a hard workout even though I had to stop often to cough and I wasn't able to do arms and legs at the same time.

Still stewing and thinking about my last counseling session..her words come to me often even though I haven't done as she suggested yet. It's a big step for me and involves me letting lose of control and I'm struggling with that even though I think she might be right..but I'll keep stewing on it and eventually reach the point where I'm ready to take action I think.

Decided to stop weighing monthly and go back to weekly so today's weigh in was down 2lbs from the 1st! woohoo!!! Not so sure those 2lbs aren't all chest congestion since I was in the middle of bronchitis then but either way I'll take it!! haha

Have been very overwhelmed with all the people on this site and so a few months ago I took someone's advice and just focused on one group, did my posting there and got to know those people and I must say that has worked great. I feel like I know some people now, feel like I have support but am not going crazy trying to post in 20 groups! haha Joined their biggest loser challange and am actually excited about it! :)

Still using the bodymedia fit link and think I'm enjoying it. Def enjoying the information it gives me but I have struggled to find a fit that isn't too tight but doesn't slide off. And I honestly feel guilty for us spending that much money on me but talked to dh about it and he feels I need to keep it cause it is helping me. He can be such a sweetheart! I've wondered in the past if I was actually working as hard as I thought I was and it showed at times I wasn't. However it did show that just going up and down the stairs is hard work for my body.

And now off to spend time visiting with my son..I love it when he is willing to spend time with old mom!! haha :)

    Hi.
    I too was feeling very overwhelmed by all the teams and 'friends' I had here on Spark.
    I cut it back to one team -G o Blue Sapphires!- and trimmed my friends list back to only the folks I have good, frequent interactions with. It has made the website much more doable for me. I have enjoyed getting to know the woman on the team.
    I hope this next challenge is fun for you.
