This last week was a success. Sure I had my slip ups here and there but for the most part I did ok. I need to break a lot of bad habits that I've accumulated throughout my lifetime. For example I need to constantly remind myself that just because someone brings cookies to class doesn't mean I need to eat them. Or if I walk into the lounge and there is leftover pizza from a lunch-and-learn, I should be satisfied with the home packed lunch I just ate and not partake of an unhealthy lunch #2. For some reason when I see free food I think 'me' food.

I'm looking forward to another successful week.
