?? Guesstimates ??

It's kind of hard to get my calories counted sometimes. I have to guess / estimate some of the things I eat but I think I am still doing a good job. I made a big batch of healthy chili today. I guess I could have added up all the cans of different beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and so on, But then how would I know how much a serving is ?? I looked on the food tracker and found chili from Wendy's. I know it is pretty healthy so I just added to my tracker 4 servings of that. Yes 4, I had 2 bowls that were probably about the size of 2 small chili's at Wendy's. Was a total of 900 calories for dinner. That puts me right into my range for the day with about 150 calories to spare if I want a little snack between now and bedtime.
Anybody interested in a great, healthy chili recipe, feel free to ask me for it.

    I know what you mean about counting those calories. I made a vegetable stir fry and I need to know what a serving size is in order to track it properly. I just guessed and went on. You are doing a great job so keep up the good work!

    I was noticing that about the counter too. Congrats on the healthy chili! Can I get the recipe? I love chili.
