Happy ½ lb loss!

And . . . Hello Greek Yogurt!

I join the joy in Simple Diet land with the announcement by Dr. Jim on Facebook re: Greek Yogurt as an option for a shake.

On the Burn an Extra 2000 calories/week front:

After a weekend of 10 and 12,000 steps, I knew that today would not have the same opportunity to walk as far. But I’m hoping to get in at least 6000.

On 1/2 pound losses:

I was inspired by someone’s photo of what 1lb looks like, and decided to make a ½ pound version as a reminder for myself and to wish NDHuntress Happy 1/2lb loss. This also goes out to everyone on the Spark Team who lost 1/2lb this week. Why not appreciate every ounce that we’re saying good-bye to?!

I am so happy about the Greek Yogurt substitute. It is dirt cheap and I have no problem eating it, whew! You rock for being able to celebrate small victories; still learning!

    6027 steps -- with a desk job -- that's fantastic!

Hope you like the Greek Yogurt. I like to mix in berries and/or a banana to Fage 0%. Although I like the other brands, too -- there are so many options now.

Thanks I am owning that 1/2 pound loss as it is gone forever. I logged in 6027 steps today from 7am to 5:30 pm that included a 1 mile walk...with as much as I am tied to a desk at work I am feeling good about that.

Thanks for the pick that sure helps.

BTW I have never tried Greek Yogurt will have to check it out now that it is on the approved list.
