Happy ½ lb loss!
And . . . Hello Greek Yogurt!
I join the joy in Simple Diet land with the announcement by Dr. Jim on Facebook re: Greek Yogurt as an option for a shake.
On the Burn an Extra 2000 calories/week front:
After a weekend of 10 and 12,000 steps, I knew that today would not have the same opportunity to walk as far. But I’m hoping to get in at least 6000.
On 1/2 pound losses:
I was inspired by someone’s photo of what 1lb looks like, and decided to make a ½ pound version as a reminder for myself and to wish NDHuntress Happy 1/2lb loss. This also goes out to everyone on the Spark Team who lost 1/2lb this week. Why not appreciate every ounce that we’re saying good-bye to?!
