March WOs Day 12

I decided it was time to get back on the bandwagon and start working out in the mornings before work. Its just the only time that really fits into my schedule. I'm following a schedule posted by someone on the Jillian Michaels 30 DS sparkteam. It mostly consists of 3 DVDs, Ripped in 30 (actually should be Extreme Shed and Shred but I didn't have that DVD at the beginning of the month), 6 Week 6 Pack and Killer Buns & Thighs.

So far I've been doing pretty good. I'm on Level 1 of all the DVDs but later this week progress to Level 2 on most of them. I've only missed 1 day...actually thats not completely true but when I do miss a day I do 2 workouts the following day to make up for it. I'm impressed that I've managed to stick with this for almost 2 weeks now. Definitely longer than most of my plans tend to last anyways!

Today I did 6 Week 6 Pack Level 1 and Killer Buns & Thighs Level 1. I love love love KBT, mostly because I find it easiest out of the 3 DVDs. I struggled through 6W6P today but I'm getting quicker at the transitions between exercises and have gotten a lot better at it than I was 12 days ago.
