Fitness goal for the week.

In preparation of my first 5k in May, and thanks to BusyBuggy for motivating me to get off the treadmill, I've set a fitness goal this week.

~copied from comment on busybuggy's page:

GOAL: three thirty - forty five min outdoor pavement sessions this week. I'll try your walk five jog five three times and then come home and use the mileage tracker to see how far I went. This seems reasonable.

    great job on the work out plan and good luck in the race!! i cant wait to be able to run again (never thought i would say that) but am hoping to be able to run a 5K in September!! keep us updated on the progress and the race!!

    I think I'm going to start the walk/jogging this week, too. Depending on how nice the weather stays, that is.
