Time changes make me so groggy :(
I need to walk the dog now, then off to the gym I plan to do intervals today, not the regular class, since am not that super worried about my technique for the test. I have it pretty solid, but I need to work on my conditioning.
I am going to have some breakfast after walking the dog, maybe some mocha or something and fruit. emoticon
