Wow, a whole week since I blogged last

I have been doing pretty good. Down 15 lbs from the original start weight and 8 since I started Sparks.

Walked 2.25 miles today and moved everything out of and back into my shed to re-organize it.

Now I'm sitting here waiting for my daughter to get home from her Saturday night and I am off to bed.

Wait, I also have to change the clocks. I dislike Daylight Savings Time.
