Spring Challenge M2WE - WUB 1

Could have been a better week.

Started off with a bang as I spent tons of time on Tuesday and Wednesday shoveling snow.

SO here are my goals
1 Cardio 3X - Week 2 of my 5K training. Got those done no problem, but I think I am going to repeat WK 2 again just to improve my stamina. I can run for 2min. but by the last session I am hoping for it to end. Don't think I could do 3min. runs yet.

2. ST 3X/wk - Circuit 1 from Chalene Johnsons book PUSH. I did ST this week, just not with her book. I managed to squeeze in 10 minutes each day I did my run with the machine at work. For WK 2 my goal is to do the circuits at home when I have more time to put into them.

3. 30 min. "me time" - Funny I never seem to have a problem at the end of the day once the kids are in bed to take some time for me. It usually involves me plopping my butt down in the chair with the remote until it is time to go to bed. WK 2 is going to be about doing purposeful me things - reading, jewelry making, scrap booking, etc.

I would say this week has not been a great success. Tomorrow is the start of another week. Need to see some big improvements.
