Weekly Goal Progress

These were my goals for the week and my progress:

Mon.-Fri. - Swim with Master's Team in morning for 60 minutes-YES
Wed. - Go to gym and get on the elliptical for 30 minutes after work -YES
Tues. & Thurs. - Go to gym and get on the bike for 30 minutes after work-Only made it on Tuesday
Sat.- Run 30 minutes-No going to happen today

So I made all the swimming goals, 1 bike and 1 elliptical-Not too bad for first week back at going to the gym after work, which is always a challenge for me.

Mon. & Wed. - Arms & Legs
Tues. & Thurs. - Abs & Legs
Fri. - Arms , Abs 7 Legs emoticon
