off track week

Saturday, March 10, 2012

This week zipped by so fast and I find myself today reflecting on how I barely tracked my food and only did one workout. It's not that I didn't want to do's like the days went by without me being mindful. My roadblocks this week were...eating out too much, not getting enough sleep, not eating enough during the day which made me tired. I did the whole, "I can't today, I'll get back on track tomorrow" thing.

Well, I'm not letting that string of days pull me all the way back to where I was. Today I'm doing my workout, logging food, and planning my week.

I have to re-do Week 3 of the 28-day Bootcamp Challenge, but that doesn't make me a failure! I will get that little virtual trophy even if it takes me 5 weeks instead of 4! This is a journey and I don't have to be perfect.

That's a great attitute, get back in there and it will all be fine. Catching yourself at the end of the week instead of three weeks down the road is exactly what it takes!

Yep, just get back on track and try to be mindful and be accountable to yourself without beating yourself up - good job :)

Everyone has setbacks. You can't expect yourself to strictly follow the rules every day. And you're taking to right view towards this in that you should just keep on going and get right back on track. One week shouldn't change what you're going to be like in a few months.

I admire your motivation, and good luck!
