off track week

This week zipped by so fast and I find myself today reflecting on how I barely tracked my food and only did one workout. It's not that I didn't want to do this..it's like the days went by without me being mindful. My roadblocks this week were...eating out too much, not getting enough sleep, not eating enough during the day which made me tired. I did the whole, "I can't today, I'll get back on track tomorrow" thing.
Well, I'm not letting that string of days pull me all the way back to where I was. Today I'm doing my workout, logging food, and planning my week.
I have to re-do Week 3 of the 28-day Bootcamp Challenge, but that doesn't make me a failure! I will get that little virtual trophy even if it takes me 5 weeks instead of 4! This is a journey and I don't have to be perfect.
