Why I want to lose weight! Well, it is so that I will:

- Feel healthy and strong

- Have more energy

- Feel more comfortable in my clothes

- Be able to fit into the clothes in my 'slim' part of the closet

- Feel more confident

- Be able to wear a swimsuit this summer with confidence

- Be able to walk and hike our Cornish hills and moors with ease

- Make my family proud of me

- And be able to say I DID IT and feel a sense of pride and achievement in myself
