I had a good laugh with myself today! I realized that whenever I'm frustrated, someone puts me down, feeling bad about myself, sad, nervous, etc. etc., I subconsciously wander to the pantry. Now that I am better at tracking my food and paying attention to what I am eating, I noticed within one hour I wandered to it four times!! I think I'm going to tape a "U" on the floor in front of it so next time I will think "U-Turn!" and head the other direction!!
