Not a great week . .

. . . for exercise or anything else for that matter! Only did one walk after work, missed exercise for the entire day on Thursday, had too many stressful things to do at work, had to take my baby-girl cat to the vet as she managed to smash 2 teeth while i was away ($600 and 2 teeth out), didn't get nearly enough sleep and to top it all off I got my period!

So today I will make amends! I had a soak in the spa pool first thing as woke up early and couldn't go back to sleep; once I'm home from work this afternoon (don't usually work Saturdays but am covering for one of my staff) I will walk down to the beach and back; i will do some Tai-chi at home since i cant go to class this morning because of working; I will not go out tonight and will have an early night for a change. Does that about cover everything?

I really hate it how there are so many things to catch up on when you get back from holiday, that all the good relaxing you do while away seems like a big fat waste of time! that's life I guess!

    stay strong...it's been a rough week, but it's behind you and you know it's a catch up week. It sounds like you have a good plan to recoup and get back on track. Here's to the great week you're getting ready to start!!!

    I don't know you (yet) but reading your blog, feel like I'm right there with you today!

    So, yeah, it's been a grey and cloudy week. But, but, but....spring IS coming. Longer days and more sunshine are coming. (Not sure where you live -- maybe the UK, judging by clues in your language? Will you be getting Daylight Saving Time this weekend?) Where ever you are, there's promise for all of us.

    Love your commitment to looking great, don't let any of those "things" (perimenopause, age, whatever) get in your way. WOOT!
