Barrier Breakdown

Friday, March 09, 2012

At the moment the biggest barrier to my success is lethargy. I was de-railed by an injury and had to stay off my foot for over a month. I am getting back into the exercise routine, yet i find that my energy level is not where it was. Too often I would rather be sleeping.

Of course, at the moment it is almost 1am local time and I should be sleeping and instead I am online. Could be that the issue is that my internal clock is askew.

The fact that I am motivated and that I am experiencing success in the journey is helping me to overcome all other barriers that present themselves.

I choose to live a healthy and happy life. I will make choices that lead me to that end! I will not be de-railed by naysayers and I will not allow myself to sabotage my efforts.

That being said, I most want to say... Good Night All! See ya on-line tomorrow.

Great attitude!! Stay positive and you will succeed. I often have to take a break from my routine when I am hit with shin splints. There are times I really push and over do it to a point that regular walking puts me in tears and I have to take a week off or so from my workouts. Getting started again is a huge struggle to over come for myself.

Keep up the great work!! emoticon

I have been mostly unflinching with tracking but light on the exercise this week due to pain management exercises and emotional struggles as well as tiring medical onslaught. However, I am back in the good frame of mind and looking forward to recommitting to exercise as of today. I am also revamping my strength program and I have a walk planned for this afternoon. Hope you enjoy your day and your exercise. Hang tough, kiddo!

Love your no excuse attitude. Having gone through a rough time myself involving thyroid issues= super low energy,I know it's a fight sometimes to even get out of bed.
And yet we are willing to fight. Glad you are here. Inspiring me to get out of bed this morning!!! Have a great weekend.
