Break Time :-(

Well even tho im not wanting to take a day or 2 off from working out i have to. i tried doing a couple extra new things other day and I'M FEELING it last night and body hurts so bad! i just hate the thought of 'a break' because this is when ive quit before but i'm NOT going to let it stop me this time. i've stuck to this every day now for about 5 or 6 weeks(i started working out a week or 2 before i joined spark people) and this is the first day i'm missingI've been taking Saturday's off so i just figured id work out Saturday instead. i just hope 2 days is going to be enough because i cant afford to take any more time off than 2 days! I've had a hard enough time losing weight.

    Don't look at it as a break - your body needs healing sometimes. If you feel like you need to do something - try changing a little something up like leg lifts while seated watching tv or on the computer, or eating a better meal choice during this time.

    If you keep your mindset focused you shouldn't fall back. You can do this - you have been doing great and I know you will continue to do so! Cheering for you all the way!!!

    Your body often needs rest to recoup from your workout. DOn't worry about taking a day off. I know how you feel about quitting though, and I have been there myself. Good luck!
