February results

After logging 54 miles and 810 minutes of Leslie Sansone workouts, I lost one pound in February. It was a month of physical setbacks. For most of the month, I fought a mild chest cold, but still managed to work out at a decreased intensity. Just when I was feeling better, I got the stomach bug that's going around, so I took about a two-week hiatus from working out, and during that time my eating wasn't the healthiest either. I just started back to my workouts on Tuesday, and my body feels like lead! I'm amazed at how much endurance and momentum I lost, but hopefully each day I'll feel better and soon gain back the intensity of my workouts. I'll keep on truckin'!
