What Now???

I have managed to loose 140 pounds on this journey however I can not seem to loose these last 20 pounds. I can contribute some of that to being MIA on spark becuz beleive it or not you are my motivation and inspiration, when I am active on Spark I feel accountable to stay on track. However I am a big girl and I have to take responsibilities for my choices. (Not working out as hard as I can, not counting my calories, etc) I gave this blog the title of What Now, but as I sit here and type I know the answer I just have to stick with it. This is day number three of giving it my all and I feel great. So I guess I answered my own question and what I do now is what I do best.....KEEP IT MOVING
