Well I had to make an unexpected trip out of town. A sad occasion, and as you know a lot of comfort food was around. So for three days no tracking what I ate, no exercise and no scale. I feared the worse upon my return home. But luckily no weight gain. In the past I would have said oh well I blew it and gave up. Yes sadly in the past after even one slip I would throw in the towel. But lesson learned today, if you fall off the wagon, you can get back on. I'm stronger, more willpower and determination!!! Took a walk and cooked a healthy meal to take when I go back to work in the morning as soon as I got home.
