Out of control and back again

I weigh myself daily.. mostly to keep up with how much I gain and lose on a daily basis. It helps keep me in check. Well.. I had been eating badly.. often.. pretty much daily.. just kinda eating all the time and eating bad stuff.. I gained 6 pounds. I am on my way back down now. I have lost 3 of the 6 I gained. I lost control.. but I know where I want to be and I won't let myself go up. I am glad that I keep track of myself .. I think I will be taking my scale with me on vacation in April just to be sure that I take care of myself while I am gone.

    I disagree with those that say it isn't good. I think it helps to keep me on track.

    I also have that habit of weighing myself daily. They say it is not good but it also helps me to keep on track.
