Wow, I am really having a hard time sticking to my eating plan! On the bright side, I feel I am doing pretty well at the excercise part. Maybe I will have to concentrate on that and once it becomes habit I can tweak my eating. I don't want to let the negativity of not eating properly weigh my mind down with guilt because exercise is very important and I should let myself be happy and feel good about doing it. I would love to change my status from trying to doing, hopefully soon!
