March 7 - What a difference a day can make!

Dear Diary,
What a difference a day can make!
After feeling so cruddy on Monday I was determined that yesterday was going to be a great day. And it was. Sunny, bright, warm, and full of energy. I completed a ton of items at work and felt very accomplished. Went for a run outside - jacketless! The air was crisp and warm.... the sun felt so good on my skin.... my muscles felt great during the run and my breathing was right on track. I - did - not- want - to - stop!
I could have ran for miles and miles but work was in the back of my mind and I knew that I had to go back. Wish I could have stayed out all afternoon running.
At home I was on this huge cleaning kick and got things sorted and put away. And we were able to get tons of laundry done.
Went to my sons band concert and enjoyed listening to the music.
But I ended up staying up too late reading so that made me tired this morning. I could not put my book down. Hubby and I are reading the Hunger Game series and I am on the last book, Mockingjay and it is so good. (Actually all three books were really good!) I wish I could have read all night to finish it up. It will be done tonight for sure. I will just be watching the time so I don't stay up too late again.
Today is another productive day for me. I woke up at a decent time and was able to get a load of laundry done and the breakfast dishes washed. And I have a plan to attend bootcamp today for my workout. Can't wait!
I started a new eating plan that has me shaking things up a bit. I need to shock my body again I think. So this morning for breakfast was a protein shake made with water, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese mixed with 1/4 cup of dried cranberries. It was filling and the perfect way to start the day. My snack before bootcamp was a peanut butter sandwich. Hoping this shakes things up!
Tonight I plan to finish my book and start our packing for the weekend trip. Hopefully I get that spurt of energy again!
