I've been reading success stories which both impress me and also make me ashamed. I Joined spark people in 2010 and have done it on and off. However I gained when left to my own devices. I know the tools work but only if you put in the effort. So this time I decided I would use the Spark pages and community boards as well to keep me motivated.

So far this time I have been diligent in recording my food intake. I started working out again and am 4 weeks into the Slim in 6 cd's which I have used on and off for 8 yrs. I am down about 8 lbs and hope to be back to my original starting wt from 2010 in a couple of weeks.

My short term goals are to lose 1-2 lbs a week to reach 210lbs(or less) by the time I go on vacation in June, and participate in a 5K this summer ( I want to run most of it).

Well I better go and get done with my workout. I love how I feel afterwards. Thanks again for all the uplifting stories, blogs etc. I wish everyone success and will be back soon.
