Sometimes I can't do it 5-7 times a day!

I just couldn't do it yesterday. It's been a hectice week. Today is Wednesday and I haven't been home before 8:00 pm, and tonight it will be the same. I was eating dinner at 9:30 when the guilt began. " I didn't eat any fruit or veggies today!"

As I go along my Spark journey, I have come to the conclusion..."It's tough to get the recommended amount of fruit and veggies every day." My morning consists of a fruit with my oatmeal or healthy cereal. "One!" Then a fruit for my morning snack. "TWO!" Then a veggie or two at lunch. "Three!" Then another fruit or veggie for my afternoon snack. "Four!" Then another veggie or two at dinner. "FIVE!!!!!" And that's about all I can fit in.

Although it's been a hectic week, and I didn't make my quota yesterday, I know I can get back on track today. And I know that I can do better today. I know this is a hectic week and it's not always like this. I won't let it get in my way. I will keep on my sparking journey and not look back!

Gotta go! I have some strawberries waiting for me!
