Countdown - from 14:00h!

As of 14:00h today I'm starting a countdown, and I'm really making an effort to stick with my 3 goals.

1. no food after 8 PM
2. no 2nd servings
3. no sweets or snacks

I made a promise to myself and fellow sparklers to accomplish these goals.
I'm going to focus on TODAY, only today, nothing else is in my mind.

The countdown from 14:00 till the bed time starts.....NOW!
No snacks, no sweets, no 2nd servings, no food after 8 PM!

I'll post how I did tomorrow..

14.05 working out
15.15 baby time
15.50h tea
16.30h ironing
18.15h baby time
18.45 dinner
19.15h coffee
20h my time
22.45h baby time
22.45 my time
23.30h bed time YAAAAAAY!!!!! :)))

I did it!!! emoticon emoticon
