On My Way Up: Day 16

So today I was still feeling a little sick and due to that I definitely over ate. However, I think I'm doing better. I felt/feel so great after my workout today. Not only did I rock it with the trainer but I was Great in my Zumba class.

My goal for this week was to get into the mood again. I think I'm getting there.

Actually looking forward to my next workout.

Well going to bed.
