Don't ever give up on you..... no matter how long it takes!!!

Don't ever give up on you no matter how long it takes.... keep fighting and one day it will click and you will have success. I joined Sparks January 11, 2008, but didn't log in again til several weeks later. I surfed pages, joined teams and gathered information to help me be successful in my journey. I had streaks of success but mostly frustations and feeling like a failure.... I felt so overwhelmed because I had so much to loose and couldn't stay consistant or motivated. I have taken breaks from Sparks and returned many times.... each time determined that this time I would finally be successful. I am proud to say I finally am successful!!! I started my journey on December 25,2011 ( I know what a crazy day to decide to start my journey, but that was my Christmas present to myself) So far I have lost 28 pounds and lost 23.5 inches. I have been working out consistantly since Jan. 2. I started riding the bike for 30 mins 3 times a week and now I am riding 40 mins 5 times a week. The first time I rode I was huffing and puffing for 9.8 miles and burned 245 cal. Now my rides are 40 mins and I burn over 500 cal and ride between 13.5=14.5 miles. I can fianlly say my hard work is payng off. I feel happier, more energetic, more confident and I actually believe I WILL SUCCEED!!! I have built momentum and I am unstoppable!!! I will achieve my goals, my hopes and my dreams!! Please don't ever give up on yourself..... no matter how long it takes or what obstacles you have to overcome!!
