So this week I'm going to challenge myself. I'm going to drag myself out of bed at 6am and work out for an hour before I go to work. No snooze button, no excuses, no mercy.
I managed to follow through this morning. Being semiconscious when I started my workout and not realizing fully what I was about to do helped I think. I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea if I will be able to do this after this week but we┬┤ll see. My plan for this week is to do Chalean Extreme in the mornings (when scheduled, otherwise I'll do something low impact like one of Ellen Barrett's pilates/yoga DVDs) and then it's some hard core cardio in the afternoons. Burn lots of calories. Buuuurn!
