Week 2

Well I had a bumpy weekend but I lost over 3 1/2lbs this week. I have identified most of my problems (portion sizes, emotional eating, eating when I'm bored, skipping meals and then binge eating after skipping). I am going to try much harder these next few weeks to exercise more. I am on night shift so I will have more time to fit it in. I hope that everyone had a good week and hopefully this week will be just as great or better!!!!!!!!

    I eat when I am bored or watching TV myself or even while I am cooking dinner. I bought gum, lots of gum and I chew it when I know I will get bored or THINK I want something to eat. You aren't alone, I am there with you.
