Getting Back to Normal

Getting caught up on email, grocery shopping and other tasks after the funeral and arrangements last week. Nice to sleep in a bit on the weekend and get some of my energy back. Starting to get back into my weekly exercise routines which should help keep me on track. Heading off to bed shortly as still catching up on my sleep.
