Hi:
Havn't written for a while. Still down 17 lbs, but back to better exercising - walking 1 & 1/2 to 2 miles a day - up and down hills, 5 to 6 days a week with a neighborhood walking group. Have dropped from XXL to XL shirts, and still down a belt size and one size on pants - good start, but now to get more serious - again. I have a couple of accountability partners - one is doing really well other - not sure yet. I've back slid on my eating the last few days - that's why I'm not down as much as I was. Gotta get back to discipline. Drinking lots of water, and reading book, "The Seven Pillars of Health." Just want balance and healthy life style. Still watching "Biggest Losers." Makes me feel skinny by comparison, but also - inspired to see all the weight those folks lose. Course - it is all they are focused on. I'm a leader with "Celebrate Recovery," and while working with recovering alcoholics and drug addicts, I introduce myself as a compulsive overeater. Today I found my old book "The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous." Both books motivators for me - blessings, Larry - {{{WARM HUGS}}}
