Glad to be back at it!
1. Continue to work my way through my Rookie 5K program. I am starting WK 2 tomorrow. Run/walk program on M/W/F, crosstrain on T/TH.
2. ST on T/TH/ S - Going to try the ciruits that are in Chalene Johnson's book PUSH
3. Take at least 30 minutes of 'me' time every night
I am starting back with just the basics as it has been a while since I have had to really focus on keeping track of goals.
