not the best week

A physically demanding work week alongside that time of month (well, technically that time of the quarter for me) is not ideal. I get so tired during that time (not to mention crabby and clumsy) that this week was a major challenge. Thursday, I was supposed to run. Instead, I was just going to close my eyes for a minute and slept until morning. No run. No dinner. No calling my mom on her birthday. So lame. Yesterday, I was also exhausted. Today I was going to be productive, but starting my day by sleeping until 2 in the afternoon has put a mild crimp in that.

This coming week I get to be off the project and catch up on other things I need to get done at work. I have a lot to do on AutoCAD so it means more sitting on my butt than I have lately. I won't have any excuse to not get my runs in on time!!!

I am down a bit, to 147.5. Unfortunately, with my wee upswing first, I am a bit behind where I want to be, weight wise. I am glad I am down, but I really want to meet my goal. So, I need to crack down a bit to get back on track. I also need to get on my strength training since I know that building muscle will help trim me down.

I am hoping this week will be better!
