I didn't lose this week and wondered why. I worked out, stayed within calorie range for the most part. So I looked at my daily sodium content. I has been staying below 2000mg but this week averaged closer to 3500 day.
I don't add salt at the table but this week I used a lot more convienence foods. The salt just snuck up on me. I am going to watch it better this week and see what my weight does. ( Hope its just water hanging on with the extra salt and I lose enough for 2 weeeks next weigh in!)
