Other Half and Granddaughter

I just can't seem to get under the 252 mark. I know why and I am going to fix it. I am going to sit the 2 of them down and talk to them about the stress level and selfishness. I need to do this to survive them. I Love Them Dearly but they are driving me nuts and stressing me out. I WILL SUCCEED. emoticon emoticon

emoticon emoticon emoticon You have made my night. I just got back from my 6 year old granddaughters Birthday Celebration and was feeling down on myself as I had a big piece of birthday cake. You just stopped me from beating myself up over it as I know tomorrow I will get moving and work it off. I know I shouldn't have had it, but I did and I can't look back. I have to move and look ahead to a better place. emoticon emoticon Thank You Susan

I just came across your blogs and they have helped me. I have been a bit discouraged and frustrated this weekend because of wrong choices I have made and gaining a lb. I have until sept 9th to lose my first goal weight which would be 20 lbs. I lost 17 lbs easily at first but then instead of trying to fit everything into my planned meals I started trying to see how close I could get to using every calorie/protein/fat I had per day. That was a complete mindset change from the weeks before. So now that I have caught that I gained a lb I am trying to turn that mind set back to where I had been. I have had so so so much stress this last week that it threw me off. I think I am ready to get back on the right horse and it helped to read your blogs. Have a great day!
