how my sick workout went

Yea I know, another blog in one day, but I wanted to update a little bit about how my workout went.

I wanted to do 2 of Jillian's videos as my workout today and ended up only doing one. I felt weak while doing week 1 of 30 day shred and afterwards my legs felt really weak and shaky. That's why I didn't do the second video because of how I felt... I'm not sure if my body felt this way because of me still kind of being a little sick or because I haven't exercised in 2.5 weeks. It could be a little of both. But I'm almost glad I'm feeling weak again because it reminds me of why I continue to exercise. If you stop for a while and try to pick it back up again, it's going to feel harder.

    It was probably a combination of being a bit sick still and being out of practice. Getting going again is what scares me out of quitting again. Thank God Pinterest has a Fitness section with motivation when I want to take a "break"...
