28 day re-energized journey

I committed to following the McDougall Maximum Weight loss vegan 21 day quick start.
I have stabilized at my current weight for the 50+ days I have been vegan. Though I am happy to maintain my 23 pound loss, my goal is to continue my healthy weight loss rather than settling for this level. To plateau is discouraging and I am ready to move the ticker down by 10 pounds by the end of March.
I feel so much lighter and have made the transition to a vegan lifestyle. The food is yummy and I love to cook-a great combination :I am enjoying my new menus and many of my coworkers have joined me in my journey.
Additionally, I have accepted the challenge to get moving and include exercise in my healthy lifestyle. 3 times a week I do cardio for 20 minutes to warm up, then I alternate swimming laps or strength training for 20 minutes. I reward myself with steam room, sauna or hot tub.
I'm up for trying spinning, yoga and even Zumba.
10 pounds in 28 days is my mantra as I begin this first day of March. My reward? Flying to Chicago March 28th with one size smaller clothes in my luggage is my affirmation and visualization.
