Been doing everything you’re suppose to, like eating healthy, doing your ST and getting in your cardio as well, (I know I have) but you still feel tired & sometimes overwhelmed. Maybe it was an exceptionally stressful day at work, or the kids where bouncing off the walls because they got cooped up in the house today. Well, then, THIS is just what the doctor ordered. Sit back, put your feet up and take a little ME time.
