As it is March 1st I thought it fitting to post my new goals for this month. My weight is at 207.8 i would like to be at 203 or below by the end of this month. Shorter term goal is to be at 205.8 (at least) by march 10th when hubby comes home that will have put me as loosing 7lbs in the 35 days he has been gone. For the last few days the scale has been stuck I'm doing everything i can think of to get it going maybe its time to take a break for a day and see if it will start moving though I'm afraid if i stop i wont start again. I havent had dr pepper for 9 days so yeah me!! March 17th me and hubby are going to go to the lake and stay at a lodge it has an indoor hot tub and pool i can wait but i need to be in the best shape i can be for that. Anyway those are the goals i have set for myself. I would love to set them higher but keeping them small enough so i make sure i reach them and dont get discouraged.

    emoticon Just don't ever give up. Your being realalstic with your goals, which is good. You have a better chance of reaching them. Just take one day at a time and you will see your goals !!! I know you can do this, do it for # 2 ~ YOU !
