March Goals!!

Ok, March 9th will be my 2 year sparkaversary!! I think that means I need to make March really count. So I'm going to write down my goals for the month and stick to them. I did ok in February for it being my first month back but not great. I think I lost a couple of pounds over all but could do so much better. I'm really struggling with some things though. I really can't figure out why I am gaining weight at times. I honestly have not been eating bad. There have maybe been 3 times this month that I went over my calories. I know I am not working out as much as I should but that shouldn't make the scale go up. Maybe I am in denial somewhere. I'll really pay attention to what I eat and how much. Although I have been tracking everything too. It's just a little frustrating. I want to get back to 130 at least by summer time. That is my goal. So for March I am going to:

Lose 5 pounds
track all my food every day
get at least 500 minutes of fitness in
walk 10000 steps a day
drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Do at least one activity during the weekend. (I have gotten really bad about doing nothing on the weekends and need to change that)

Ok...that should do it. If I do everything on the list then the 5 pounds should be no problem. It's been almost a year since my avon walk and I've been very inactive since then really. I also have to work through being tired all the time. Usually by the evening and especially by the weekend I am worn out. I think I can push myself just a little more to make these goals work. Please keep me accountable!! Let's have a GREAT losing March!! Summer is around the corner now!!!

    These look like great goals!
    I know what you mean about feeling exhausted by the end of the week and just wanting to relax on the weekends. I also find that if I exercise everyday, even for just 10-15 minutes, I feel so much better and I have more energy. It's getting back into the routine that's hard but once you're in it you'll wonder why you ever stopped exercising in the first place!
