I didn't lose anything and somehow I gained an inch on my bust. The 3 pound gain is what I expected. I'm not too worried about it though because my weight has been going up and down 2-3 pounds for the last I don't know how many months anyway. It's no surprise that I didn't lose anything this last month because I haven't exercised in 2 weeks! One week we had a friend come in from out of state to visit and we hadn't seen him for about a year, so we were spending all of our time with him. Then I got sick at the end of that week, so I couldn't exercise because I had to let my body rest for a week! Today is actually about the third week that I haven't worked out because I'm still kind of sick, but I'm going to try a workout today to see how I feel. Hopefully I won't be dieing too much!
