Hopping back on the wagon after a little slip

Wow I never thought that just a little over a week after I started my diet that I would already be slacking in my efforts! I have the best of intentions of dieting however if I just get sidetracked even the tiniest bit I could lose interest entirely. How awful!

Well I am back to tracking and watching what I eat but now I understand what has made me so overweight and its the beer that I socially consume over the weekends. emoticon

I feel so good about myself. For the first time in many months I feel positive and happy, not weighed down by outside stressors and family problems. I feel free. I want to keep this going and I feel that this site will help me stay on track!

    Ooooo beer! The silent (weight) killer! Eeeeek! Do you like any other drinks? I refuse to give up drinking, if I want to drink. Luckily I like gin and tonic, so I just have slimline tonic with the gin and I'm ok. Their are some low cal beers out there, but not sure how good they would taste! But I wouldn't say cut it out completely if you enjoy is supposed to be fun right? emoticon
