Hopping back on the wagon after a little slip

Wow I never thought that just a little over a week after I started my diet that I would already be slacking in my efforts! I have the best of intentions of dieting however if I just get sidetracked even the tiniest bit I could lose interest entirely. How awful!
Well I am back to tracking and watching what I eat but now I understand what has made me so overweight and its the beer that I socially consume over the weekends.
I feel so good about myself. For the first time in many months I feel positive and happy, not weighed down by outside stressors and family problems. I feel free. I want to keep this going and I feel that this site will help me stay on track!
