STRENGTH STREAK 242
So today will be my short day on exercise. I was over on Sunday, and yesterday, and right on the mark Monday. Today I only did 20 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions. This weekend I will get and do my 5k your way walk/jog days 2 and 3 which will be in addition to stair master or WII Fit Free Run so I know I'll be over since I estimate 1100 calories burned a week and I'm almost to 750 already.
Class tonight and the weather could be bad we are supposed to get a couple inches of snow this afternoon before it changes over to mixed precipitation.
