On Simple Diet, going to give blogging a try

Well I have now been on the simple diet for 3 1/2 weeks. At first I was very impressed as I lost 3 lbs. the first week then it slowed down to where I was very concerned if this was the correct way for me to go. I have lost 7 in the time I have been on it but thought as most do it should have been more.
I went back and read the book and came to the conclusion that maybe I was not getting in enough calories. I was eating and drinking the shakes and staying on the lower end of 1100 to 1250 calories. So the past couple days I decided to change it up and have another shake or ate more fruits and vegetables. It has not been easy as I seem to eat even if I am not hungry. I am putting something in my mouth every 3 hours or so. I have never eaten so much it seems but it appears to be helping. I went down 1 1/2 lbs in the 3 days. I think I just needed a new jump start .
I love the simplicity of this diet. The way to vary all the shakes and the amount of frozen entrees it seems is numerous. I have always loved fruit so that was no problem and I ate certain vegetables but I am now adding new ones each week. Just wish I could get my husband to try some of them lol. He is so stubborn at trying new foods.
I want to thank all of you for your blogs and threads on the team page as that is what keeps me going. We can all do this one day at a time I say. Let's continue to keep up the great job.
